來看聯合國憲章之聯合國宗旨
早上看新聞說 , 聯合國安理會召開由美國提議譴責俄羅斯攻擊烏克蘭並請求制止的議案中 , 俄羅斯否決 , 中國印度阿拉伯聯合大公國都棄權 , 因此這項議案被否決掉 . 這項議案中提議俄國 應立即、完全和無條件將其軍隊撤出烏克蘭領土並呼籲各方迅速予以人道主義援助 , 但十五國投票 , 十一國贊成 , 三國棄權 , 一國自己是常務理事國及當事者投下否決票 , 看來 聯合國對俄國的侵略行為違反聯合國憲章顯然沒有作用 . 所以我懷疑這個組織到底還有什麼意義存在 . 雖然台灣不是聯合國會員 , 但台灣一直想再重返聯合國未果 , 只是這個今天不想阻止俄羅斯的侵略行為的組織 , 到底一開始成立的目的是什麼呢 ? 我們來看一下聯合國憲章的第一條 , 聯合國的宗旨到底是什麼, 或許也會跟我一樣懷疑吧.
